Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring high collection efficiency and customer retention.
• Drive revenue growth through portfolio expansion, cost management, and favorable third-party negotiations
• Review and enforce policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance targets
• Oversee insurance claims and ensure all collaterals are properly tracked and documented.
• Prepare accurate performance reports and ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
Job Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Statistics/Business Administration
• At least 3 years working experience
Additional Attributes:
• Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in financial and operational reporting
• Familiarity with asset-based lending systems and collateral monitoring tools
• Sound understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
